We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Charmiq Scarf. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Here's how returns work:
Fill out the return form – You'll find it in your package or can [download it here].
Pack the items securely – The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return the package to us – Use a shipping service of your choice. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Receive your refund – After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchange:
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different color or model, please return the item and place a new order.
Important Notes:
Personalized or worn items are excluded from returns.
Returns without a completed return form cannot be processed.
